Nestled between the Sierra Madre mountains and the Pacific Ocean, Casa Alex sits on a semi-private, secluded 40-metre beach in Troncones — a seaside fishing village where visitors find the easy pace and welcoming spirit of a classic Mexican hideaway. Guarded by a small hill of lush vegetation and dramatic rocks, the estate offers a rare sense of seclusion on one of Mexico's most unspoiled stretches of Pacific coastline.
Casa Alex was conceived by its well-travelled owners after more than 14 years exploring Africa, Asia, and Latin America. The result is a singular architectural vision — African simplicity and palapa craftsmanship, Indonesian minimalist decoration, traditional Mexican colours, and Brazilian warmth, all brought together by one of Mexico's most renowned architects, Enrique Zozaya.
Seven air-conditioned bedroom suites accommodate up to 19 guests, centred around a 22-metre infinity pool and a spectacular 300-square-metre main palapa. A resident staff of two — Cristina and Diomedes — provide daily cleaning, maid service, light cooking, and gardening, with overtime available at additional cost. Ideal for families, groups, destination weddings, corporate retreats, and reunions.

Adjacent to the pool and rocks, a covered Brazilian Churrasco BBQ and outdoor brunching area offer the perfect setting for long, leisurely al fresco meals with the sound of the Pacific as your backdrop.

Troncones is celebrated for world-class surfing at the Point and Manzanillo Bay, deep-sea sport fishing, golf, and miles of undiscovered Pacific coastline — all on the doorstep of the villa.
